Dear customer, guest and host!

Dear guest, since the suggestions listed are for menus in the banquet area, we ask you to agree on a menu. We will be happy to put together an individual, seasonal menu according to your wishes

We are also happy to cater to your wishes and preferences with our buffet suggestions.
We hold the right for pricechanges.

We are available for advice or discussions by phone or personally by appointment.

We ask for your understanding that, due to the extensive preparatory work, we base the calculation of the services you have ordered on the number of people that you notified us 3 days before the start of the event. In the event of later reductions in the number of persons or cancellations, we reserve the right to invoice the agreed services, depending on the circumstances, partially or in the amount of the lost sales or profit.

For events that are often reserved up to a year in advance due to their size or long-term planning (such as weddings, communions or confirmations), we can only accept cancellations if there is an important reason and can also be certified.

Despite great efforts on our part to pass this date on to others, we reserve the right to assert a reasonable loss of sales if necessary.

For reservations with more than 10 guests, only one menu of your choice will be served. Vegetarian and religious reasons are of course taken into account.

The items made available by us remain the property of the house. The rooms, facilities and furniture rented by us must also be treated with care. Any missing parts or parts damaged by the customer will be invoiced at their replacement value.

The agreed payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, without any deduction. Payment can be made on account in cash or by credit card, usually on the day of the event or the following day.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
